Through our thoughtful designs, we help buyers envision themselves living in the home, resulting in faster sales and often above asking price. Owner
Maidelin Moreira is a staging design expert and real estate professional, as well as the founder of Vestra Home Staging, LLC. Born in Cuba and raised in the United States, she made a life changing decision when she moved to Tampa, Florida in 2021.
Her story begins when she and her husband completely redesigned and remodeled their second home in Florida. This project sparked something within her, revealing a newfound potential. In 2023, they acquired, remodeled, and designed a property, which is now a 5-star-rated Airbnb and vacation rental.
She never knew that she had a vision, skills or an “eye” to create a beautiful space that can be appreciated by others. Maidelin realized that she was meant to create, share her vision, transform and make a change.
Having been immersed in both design and real estate, it's no surprise that Maidelin decided to launch Vestra Home Staging, where her passion and experience in the two disciplines authentically align.
